There are many agreements that "run with the land".  They are all recorded at the Washtenaw County Clerk's Office at 200 N. Main Street, Ann Arbor, MI 48104.

((Walk-in searches are free and each printed page costs $1.  Online, each search costs $5, but you get a whole document for $1. 
 These are multi-page tiff documents.  They can be converted to pdf with 'tiff2pdf amendment_third.tif -pletter -oamendment_third.pdf'))
